Owner Occupied Consult
Staged Above's Owner Occupied Consultation offers a 2 hour in-home consultation with one of our designers. A walk-through of the home will be completed with the homeowner(s). At the end of the consultation the homeowner(s) will have a detailed plan which provides them with the ideas, tools, and knowledge to prepare their property for the real estate market. Our designer will walk through each room in the property and educate the homeowners on how to keep potential buyers focused on the home's feature rather than get distracted by the fact that someone else currently lives in the home. From decluttering, to paint color options, to furniture placement Staged Above makes sure that you have a solid plan for prepping your home. Homeowner's have unlimited follow-up with our designer via email/phone/text for the duration of the time their home is on market.
