Step One: Vacant Preview
Once a proposal is accepted a designer from the Staged Above team previews the property. During the preview we spend about 20 minutes at the property to take photos, video, and measurements. Afterwards we return to the office to discuss a plan of action for the individual property.
Step Two: Planning & Staging
Once a contract has been signed our designer(s) start to formulate a staging plan that is unique to each individual property. A design is put together that matches the home's style and will best showcase the homes key selling points. In addition our team considers things such as the target demographic and price point of the home when selecting staging materials.
Step Three: "Final Touches"
Depending on the size of the property a typical stage job usually lasts 3 to 4 hours. Each room is staged based upon the initial design plan that was put into place. The last hour of our job is the most critical. This hour is spent on the "Final Touches", the most important part! Staged Above makes sure that every little detail is left perfect so that your property is ready for professional photographs and showings.
