Hi There, I’m Shari - The Founder of Staged Above!

As a “Military Brat”, I learned very early in life about the adventures of moving and watching a home be sold. I began my career in the industry as a Realtor in Arizona and quickly found the most rewarding part of the process was helping clients prepare their homes for the market.

When I relocated to Maryland in 2001, I took some time off to focus on my growing family and help in the community by mentoring teenage mothers and working with foster children in Washington County.

It was time to pursue my true calling when my youngest of four children (yes, four children!) started school. That’s when “Staged Above” was born in my three-car garage.

Since then, Staged Above has expanded tremendously, outgrowing my garage and several warehouse spaces. The latest and greatest location operates from a 3,000 square foot warehouse located in Frederick, MD with six employees working by my side to deliver the best home staging experience.

As a team, we’ve been nationally recognized and spotlighted as a top staging company in Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Virginia and honored to receive the “Top 10 Home Staging Company”, “Industry Innovator of the Year”, and “Top Home Staging Team” awards.
